Salary Range: (Commensurate with experience and certification)

Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Leadership: Develop and deliver engaging, research-based lesson plans in core subjects, aligned with Missouri Learning Standards.
- Student Support: Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Assessment & Data: Use district assessment tools to track progress and inform instructional decisions.
- Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians and participate in professional learning teams with co-workers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
- Certification: Must possess or be eligible for a valid Missouri Teaching Certificate(Grade Level TBD)
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and a commitment to whole-child development.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to monitor students in various environments (classroom, playground, cafeteria).
- Light physical work, including the ability to lift up to 20-40 lbs occasionally.
